Is it Friday yet?

Don't you hate it when Friday finally gets here and it seems as if this one day has more hours in it than the previous four?

I'm sitting here having a bit of lunch and looking out the window at the sunshine and all I can think of is, "Why can't I retire today"?

A great story of an addict that made it through hell and found his "Third Coast". Larry Joe Taylor wrote this song, but Brian Burns cut it on his "Songs of the Texians, The Eagle and the Snake CD". Classic piece of Texas Country music. Well done, Larry Joe, well done.

I'm a hungry gringo for sure. The perfect food is tacos. I can't imagine a life where I couldn't make my pork shoulder tacos. This is not a picture of my tacos, but it's a great depiction of the most perfect food in the world.
